The first annual Time Out New Music Festival was held in St-Petersburg, Russia, on August 3rd and 4th, on the beach of Petropavlovskaya (Peter and Paul) Fortress. The aim of the festival was to support emerging music groups. Twenty groups from three leading cities on the cultural scene of Russia: Moscow, St-Petersburg and Kaliningrad were competing during this event. MORE |
