Har Mar Superstar or Sean Tillerman’s group Sean Na Na can only be described with such a vulgar statement. What do you expect from a lead singer who struts around stage in his undies, bouncing off amps and crawling on the floor all sweaty like.

The band’s newest album “Family Roots or CoPe We Must” is a mix of the most uplifting beats and the most scandalous type of lyrics for the average guy. On the track “Fold, Hit or Stand” we’re treated to the lyrics “The other night I woke up tense from dreaming, I was pregnant with a girl I didn’t love. I tossed and turned as this baby grew inside me.” It’s every guy’s worst nightmare, getting a girl pregnant. Tillerman reverses the role and has the guy pregnant, not knowing what to do. But don’t worry! It’s just a dream.

Sean Na Na’s album is awkwardly sub-named “CoPe We Must” which stands for Cocaine Peppered Weed Moustache. Remember, he’s the guy that runs around stage in his undies. But all kidding aside, the band is a serious collection of performers. Tillerman took about a year writing and recording. It shows. The guitar work and up-beat tempos of the album are the type of songs that goes around the college circles and finds its way in someone’s album collection. They don’t know how it got there, they’re just happy that they have it. And that’s the straight dope.
